Thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interrelated. Sometimes patterns are created in our thought processes that give us a biased view of reality and lead to unpleasant feelings.  One of our goals is to identify biases in our thinking that causes us to feel stress and to change these patterns.  

 

The first step in the process is to understand the relationship between emotion and behavior.
