Breathing training

When we are in a situation that causes us anxiety, we may breathe in a way that makes us feel even worse. This happens when we breathe in too much air, and quickly begin to suffer from breathlessness. When we do this, we cause more unpleasant sensations - such as a lack of air, which leads to an increase in the level of fear and other physical changes.

We will now learn a technique for controlling breathing to overcome these reactions. It's a very simple technique and can be done anywhere - and since you have to breathe anyway, nobody will know that you are practicing it.

The idea is simple: to breathe air, that is, to breathe in normally, and then release the air at once.
