Like other situations in life, there are things that you cannot control and things that you can control. It helps to think and deal less with the things that we cannot control and instead to focus on things that we can control!
Two factors which are useful to focus on are our emotional wellbeing, which can be influenced by various exercises appearing here on this site, and our physical wellbeing, which is also connected to our mental health, since even a small amount of physical activity can help reduce levels of stress and anxiety, stabilizing our moods.
